The Dunbar Room is Hotel Sorrento’s restaurant. As part of the hotel’s major brand overhaul, modernizing it for today’s audience while preserving its historical charm, I was brought on to redesign the Dunbar Room menu. The result is a retro inspired design that feels clean, fresh, and current.
