Leveraging Primase, we simplified the payment portal visually for users while streamlining development on the backend. This release supports multiple business units on the same framework and components, while preserving each brand’s supporting graphics to visually differentiate between units.

Business unit motifs
Each motif represents a specific business unit: Myriad’s circles reflect the deconstructed helix from its logo, GeneSight’s design uses the brand’s nucleotide shapes, and Crescendo follows its dynamic triangular forms.
Before and after comparisons
Designed mobile first, we removed unnecessary clutter, including a previous image that didn’t relate to payment and only added confusion. All content was validated through user testing to ensure only the most valuable information is displayed, resulting in a more streamlined, re-skinnable approach across multiple business units.
